Anyone who’s been following me on social media has seen that I had a laptop from the Linux focused “NovaCustom” being shipped. Well, I’ve well I gotten my email saying the NovaCustom Laptop has been shipped; I went with their 14-Inch laptop, the NV41 that features the removal of the IME [Intel Management Engine] and the coreboot firmware.

Now some people might not understand why I don’t like the IME and would opt for going with a different Firmware, Well it’s basically a backdoor a few good videos about it came from “The Hated One” and “Mental Outlaw”

In the coming days and weeks, I will be doing some more posts about using it as my daily driver.
