Web3.0 Sports Trading: My First Reaction to SX BET

I have been an e-Sports bet trader for the better part of a decade now, dating all the way back to 2014, when I got my start on EveBet before moving to BetinAsia’s Broker option and Bet365 before I was banned (this is oddly common).

I’ll be real with you readers. Furthermore, I think if it wasn’t for my love of e-sports and knowing the game, I would have been dead in a ditch by now; that’s a story for another time.

I was thankfully able to give SX Bet a shot recently, and here’s my opinion on the site from the point of view of someone who’s been around the block a few times.

First and foremost, I am slightly annoyed with their lack of E-Sports the fact that SX Bet only has LoL or as I call it, “Defense of the Ancients for people who need therapy” I swear LoL fans play a real MOBA like DOTA 2.

I mean, for crying out loud, at least ORBIT X a betting exchange offered by BetInAsia gives me the chance to bet on the Counter-Strike majors or ESL Pro Tour for DoTA 2 (Defense of the Ancients); but at least we can get Basketball, Hockey and MMA on SX.BET

One thing I liked is the fact that SX.BET has a direct method to off-ramp to the polygon network, which I believe is a fantastic layer 2 for the Ethereum blockchain. I would say if e-Sports isn’t your main focus then SX.BET is perfect and hopefully it will get better over time.
